RISTRUTTURAZIONE DI UNA CASA DEGLI ANNI 50 CON ORIGINALE FACCIATA A TRAVICELLI IN CEMENTO
L’abitazione, che si sviluppa su tre livelli, è stata completamente ridistribuita per quanto riguarda gli spazi interni, salvaguardando quelle che erano le caratteristiche peculiari del progetto originario.
In particolar modo è stata recuperata la scala che dall’ingresso a piano terra porta alla zona giorno del piano primo ed è stata salvaguardata anche la scultorea scala a chiocciola che dal living conduce alla zona notte.
In questo progetto il travertino è l’elemento caratterizzante ed è stato utilizzato in tutte le sue declinazioni: “filo sega” per il rivestimento degli esterni, spazzolato e non stuccato nel rivestimento della zona ingresso, stuccato e levigato per il rivestimento dei bagni, levigato in opera per il pavimento della zona living ed a spacco per il rivestimento di una parte dell’isola della cucina.

RENOVATION OF A 1950S HOUSE WITH AN ORIGINAL CONCRETE BEAM FACADE
The house, which is spread over three levels, has been completely redistributed in terms of interior spaces, preserving the peculiar characteristics of the original project.
In particular, the staircase from the entrance on the ground floor to the living area on the first floor has been recovered and the sculptural spiral staircase from the living room to the sleeping area has also been preserved.
In this project, travertine is the characterizing element and has been used in all its declinations: “sega wire” for the exterior cladding, brushed and not filled in the cladding of the entrance area, filled and smoothed for the cladding of the bathrooms, smoothed on site for the floor of the living area and split for the cladding of part of the kitchen island.
